This performance is part of The Limestone Comedy Festival, a three-day, multiple venue stand-up and podcast comedy festival with more than 30 shows and events all taking place within the heart of downtown Bloomington.

Few pieces of comedy history are as seminal as The Kids in the Hall. Scott Thompson’s Buddy Cole may be the most memorable character in their storied history. This character makes a return to the limelight in an evening of humorous monologues from the period the show went off the air in 1995 to the present.

The groundbreaking The Kids in the Hall series from the late 80’s to the mid 90’s and spawned the 1995 hit film Brain Candy. Scott himself went on to star in The Larry Sanders Show, Politically Incorrect and was a regular fixture on Late Night with Conan O’Brien. Scott also wrote a memoir about Buddy Cole, entitled Buddy Babylon: The Autobiography of Buddy Cole.

Doors open 30 minutes in advance. VVIIPP and VIP badge holders are asked to be in their seats 15 minutes before showtime. Content is recommended for those 16 and older. The show will run approximately 90 minutes.
