The Firehouse Follies is a two-hour radio variety show presented to a live audience at the Waldron Whikehart Auditorium and aired on WFHB Community Radio.
The WFHB Firehouse Follies proudly presents “Fireheads and Tales,”complete with a host of distinguished guests. Our very special guests for this show are David Ossman and Phil Proctor, “what’s left of the Firesign Theatre,” the iconic comedy group active since 1966, named as one of the 30 best acts of all time and nominated three times for the Grammy award. Also visiting us will be Gary Sandy, of popular TV sitcom “WKRP in Cincinnati.” Our special musical guests will be Amy Walker with Nipun Nair. And, of course, we will be joined by the WFHB Gospel Gurlz, our house band the Firehouse Rounders, and the Unusual Suspects Radio Acting Troupe. This should not be missed—two hours of music and comedy from your community radio station!
Advance sales end at 2pm the day of the event. Doors to the venue open at 3:30pm. Any remaining tickets will be available at the door for $12, cash, check, or charge.
