Photo of Ashley FordAshley C. Ford, a writer, critic, podcaster, and consultant, lives in Brooklyn by way of Indiana. A 2018 alumna of Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, Ford hosts PROFILE by Buzzfeed News and is the former host of Brooklyn-based news and culture TV show and podcast 112BK. Her work can be found in The Guardian, Elle, Buzzfeed, OUT Magazine, Slate, Teen Vogue, New York Magazine, and Indianapolis Monthly. Ford has been named one of Forbes Magazine’s 30 Under 30 in Media (2017).

This event is part of the IU Arts and Humanities Council’s 2020 Indiana Remixed Festival.

Doors open at 7pm for this free, ticketed show. The estimated length of the program is 2 hours.

Owned by the City of Bloomington, the Buskirk-Chumley Theater is operated by BCT Management, Inc., a private non-profit organization. This theater, located one block east of the Courthouse Square, seats 600 with an orchestra level and a balcony. Concessions and items purchased from BLU Boy Cafe may be taken into the auditorium.

Restrooms, concessions, the box office, and the orchestra-level seats are all wheelchair accessible. Special seats are reserved for those using wheelchairs, which can be purchased via the box office at 812.323.3020. Street, lot, and garage parking is available across downtown Bloomington.
